Barn Usage & Donations

The Conservatory's Barn is a private facility primarily used for private slave training. We also host private play parties, private events, and use it as a private commercial fetish photography studio.

You may have caught the notation above, regarding privacy. This is my private home and an invitation-only facility. Do not ever just drop by. The vicious watchdog might not understand and guaranteed I will be furious. I have a fenced home in the countryside for the quiet and solitude. The only disruption should come from under my lash.

Private Training

Training submissive females is the primary function of The Conservatory, although we will train dominant men also.

The donation for training your submissive female is $20 per hour, with a two-hour minimum requirement per session. If a female bottom is required as a "submissive stunt dummy" during dominant training, there will be an additional donation of $10 per hour for her time. Training is serious and I require a person to take it to heart.

Training will not be used as a way to pay for play. Due to the potential sexual nature of training, it could be misconstrued as prostitution and I will have no part of it. You are either seriously learning what I have to offer or we will not continue.

Private Play

The Conservatory's Barn is also available, on a reservation-only basis, for private play for members of The Barn party list. These members are people we already trust and who have been to past events here. Just because you were here as a guest does not mean you are now a list member. An Invitation will be extended once we have come to know you well enough to trust you and enjoy your company. I seek the counsel of long time members for new memberships. New memberships can take a few months, if they happen at all, so be patient. This is an exclusive, private facility. Not fancy, just exclusive.

The donation for private use is $10 per person, per hour, with a two-hour minimum time. Private time here needs to be scheduled well in advance.

Private Event Hosting

The Conservatory hosts a variety of private events at its Barn facility. The most notable event hosted here is our monthly Saturday Night Potluck Dinner Play Party. During the warm summer months we also host a few all day outdoor Saturday Potluck Picnic Play Party events, where the woods and fenced ½ acre of grassy areas around the orchard out in front of The Barn is our play area. There is just something wonderful about a naked submissive blindfolded, tied in the open air to a shade tree, waiting to squeal and shudder in delight at the Master's touch.

The donation for such events ranges from $10-$15 per person for standard parties, to $20-$25 per person for special events, such as demonstrations, fundraisers or workshops.

We have also hosted wedding receptions, collaring ceremonies, bondage and fire-play workshops, hypnosis demonstrations, high protocol service events, birthday parties, halloween costume parties, New Years Eve parties and private personal photography sessions.

Commercial Photography

The Barn and surrounding private woods are available by special request for erotic fetish photo sessions. We have 200 amp power service on 10 circuits for your photographic and lighting needs.

The donation for this is $100, per model, per day. Requests for use needs to be made well in advance.
