General Rules

#1 Rule: Always make the trainer look good.

Submissive will walk ¼ step behind her trainer with her left hand holding his right elbow. She will not look any other males in the eye, keeping her head up, chest out, back straight and right hand down at her side. Submissive must be proud of who and what she is: aconfident woman, not a statue. She will quietly show off her looks, without being obvious.

When commanded to sit, look for directions from your Trainer.

Submissive will not open any doors for herself while with her trainer. If submissive makes it to a door first, she must gracefully step aside and allow her trainer access to the door handle so that he may open it for her. Once inside, she must allow the trainer to lead the way by stepping aside and following.

When entering an automobile submissive must wait and allow the trainer to let her in. Once in, she must quickly lean across and unlock his door before he gets to it. When exiting an automobile, submissive must wait to take trainer's extended hand before stepping out.

Submissive must always smile. She must keep at least a ¼ closed mouth smile at all times. She must be happy to be in the company of her trainer, and show it. A submissive's facial default should be happy. It is fine for a Master to have a sour or threatening look on his face, it is not for a slave. If submissive is really not happy, maybe she needs to reassess whether training is right for her and what her reasons are for training. This seems like such a superficial thing, but it is not. It goes to the core of who the submissive is and what her needs are.

Speaking

There are three (3) acceptable responses to a trainers command:
1. "Yes, Sir."
2. "Thank you, Sir."
3. "No, Sir."
Any question the submissive answers "No, Sir" to must be directly followed with a brief explanation of her reason. And it had better be a good reason.

Submissive must not speak unless spoken to by her trainer, and should be brief if given permission to do so. If questioned by someone else while with her trainer, she must defer to her trainer politely, not attracting attention to her training, by saying, "I'll have to ask," allowing only her trainer to answer. Submissive will not engage others in conversation unless permitted by her trainer. Submissive may ask to speak freely at any time, although she may be granted only a question or brief comment.

If submissive can't say something nice, she shouldn't speak at all. No Master needs to hear negative attitude. Negative speech will get submissive severely gagged or tightly tongue clamped.

If alone while out publicly, submissive may speak freely to others, but should be brief and positive, and must not gossip.

If spoken to by another known dominant, submissive should look up but not look him in the eye. She should be very brief, very polite, finish her business, not linger and report to her trainer when she can.

Any contact with food service workers will by done by the trainer.

Submissive will always answer the trainer's question,"What are you?" with, "I am a priceless gift to my Master", although she might not have a Master at that point in her Training.

Appearance

Submissive may wear skirts or dresses only. She is to show off by looking sexually appealing and desirable. No pants or shorts will be allowed unless requested or permitted by your trainer. Shirts are to show cleavage by being low-cut and/or unbuttoned. Bra and panties are not allowed unless approved by the trainer. Pantyhose are never allowed. Submissive should purchase a garter-belt and learn to use stockings. Hair is to be worn neatly, with submissive's neck and ears exposed, unless told otherwise. Submissive will always wear a symbol of her commitment to her trainer; a collar, manacle or necklace.
